The interesting and modern Ericpol Software Pool office building, opened in January 2015, is considered to be among the most intriguing and out-of-the-box recent architectural designs in Poland.

The building was distinguished in the prestigious Brick Award 2015 contest and is enumerated among 20 most interesting buildings of recent years in the “Polish Architecture” exhibition promoting Poland globally. In May 2016 the Ericpol building received the SARP 2015 Award of the Year for the best completed architectural structure in Poland in the category of public buildings – office building.

The building is located in the Łódź Special Economic Zone and catches the eye with its X-shaped construction and the facade that corresponds to Ericpol brand symbols. The modern design penetrates into the interior where paintings by students of the Łódź Academy of Fine Arts are composed with divisions supplied by ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors.

Doors with wooden mcr Drew Profiles and wooden DREW PLUS doors with a veneer finish add to the cosiness and are contrasted with the dominant concrete finish of the interior.  All over the facility there are about 375 divisions such as stainless steel doors, ALPE steel doors, DREW PLUS wooden doors as well as doors and division walls based on wooden DREW PROFILES. All door frames are finished with concealed joints.
